Your trust and security matter. If you've found a potential issue in our systems or products, we encourage you to report it responsibly — and we'll handle it the same way.

How to report

Email security@shaintelligence.com with the following:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Affected product, system, or endpoint
  • Any relevant evidence (screenshots, logs, payloads)
  • Your preferred contact and disclosure timeline
Important

Please don't publicly disclose the issue before we've had a chance to fix it. We won't take legal action against research conducted in good faith and following responsible disclosure practices.

We aim to acknowledge reports within 24 hours and provide a triage update within 72 hours.
